4. Pay a 50% deposit to begin. Balance due upon completion.

Q. What if I’m not satisfied with the final project?
A. We stand behind every build. If you’re not satisfied with the final deliverable, we’ll work with you and your assigned builder to make it right—fast. You’ll always have a clear revision process and checkpoints to ensure you’re never left in the dark.
Q. Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
A. Yes. All PromptWorks projects are covered by our Prompt to Product Guarantee:
If the final deliverable doesn’t meet the agreed scope and you notify us within 7 days of delivery, we’ll review the issue and either:
- Provide revisions at no additional cost, or
- Offer a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
Q. What’s your refund policy?
A. If work has not started, you can cancel at any time for a full refund.
^ If work has begun but is not complete, you may qualify for a partial refund, depending on the level of progress made.
^ If the final deliverable was received, but the project doesn’t meet the agreed scope, we will:
- First work to fix or revise the deliverable at no extra cost
- If the issue cannot be resolved, issue a partial or full refund as needed

A. All projects include:
- 1 round of scope-based revisions for free
- Additional revisions may be quoted separately, but are always optional and transparent

A. In rare cases where a builder isn’t a fit, contact us immediately at info@promptworks.co. We’ll review your project and may offer:
- A replacement builder, or
- A refund, depending on project status
Q. How long does it take to get a response?
A. Our goal is to reply to all support emails within 24 hours during business days. Project issues are prioritized to ensure a fast resolution.
